- Active clients are people that are actively being seen by a clinician. You can deactivate a client to help manage your active client limit.
- Please contact us at 866-683-6886 if you need more than 100 active clients for your Practice. We have additional plans available for an additional cost to fit any sized Practice.
- We integrate with Stripe for credit card processing. The rate is 3.15% plus $0.30 per transaction.
- Stripe offers an optional premium service called Instant Payouts which will deposit client payments to your bank account on the same day.
- We integrate with Claim.MD for electronic claim submission, ERA posting, automatic secondary insurance policy billing and eligibility information. A Claim.MD subscription is required before billing can occur. You pay Claim.MD directly for their services.
